Though the hotel boasts a stunning location and friendly staff, the experience was marred by some issues, like poorly managed room temperatures and slow service in the restaurant. The room was small and not as comfortable as expected, but the setting by the lake was beautiful.

Charming Stay with Scenic Views
Enjoyed a lovely two-night getaway in a beautiful location. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the concierge who assisted with our itinerary. The lake views from higher floors are spectacular. consider upgrading for that reason. Dining on the terrace provided a delightful atmosphere.

Couple’s Nice Experience
We had a fine Lake View room that was spacious and luxurious, waking up every morning to the unbelievable vista front of us! The staff were friendly, even offering us an early check-in without any additional cost-unlike those other hotels that just want to milk you dry!
It certainly wasn't cheap, but I'd argue it was worth every penny.

The view from our Superior Double Room Lake View was stunning, and we loved the clean, crisp linens that made for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed some relaxation time at the outdoor swimming pool and the peaceful garden area. Just a small thing, the towel rack was a bit too far from the shower, but it didn't really ruin our experience! 😄

The lakeside views are amazing, and cozying up in our stylish loft room felt like a dream. The vibe here is just perfect!

The room was gorgeous with a stunning view of the lake. Super clean and comfortable, the mattress was just right. It was surprisingly quiet at night, considering the busy area outside. Totally loved the charm of the old castle vibe, but the bathroom setup was a bit odd—no wall separating it from the bedroom, which felt kind of weird. Still, it was a lovely stay overall.
